Translation into English

Plato, younger, greetings to the elders in Pathyra.
Concerning the transferred Psenapathos, the overseer of the city of Eilithyopolis, who has been sent to you by Esthoth, along with the foal, we have sent to the Arsians the sword-bearer.
Therefore, you will do well to preside so that the foal of this one may be delivered to them and restored to the lord.

Therefore, you will do well to assist him, so that it (the donkey) and also its foal may be delivered and restored to its owner.
