"Good fortune. From [the] Harneisios of the horse and Onnophris of the siēōs, the farmers of Achilles, the accountant. In the year of Mesorē, when Harmiysios Psemnutius had put forth his own sheep, which we have in the cold, along with the dry knēkōn, he has distributed the arta(ba)s and has established to give the memorandum so that you may compel to return the specified knē(ku) (arta(ba)s), in order not to fall short of any of the exports, but he himself is fortunate in what is appropriate."

From Harnesios, son of [...] and Onnophris, son of [...], the cultivators (farmers) of Achilles, the accountant. On the 9th of Mesore of the 18th year, Harmiysis, son of Psempnoutis, having brought his own sheep onto the place we have in the drying area, has consumed fifteen artabas of safflower along with the chaff, and he has agreed to hand over this memorandum so that you may compel him to repay the aforementioned fifteen artabas of safflower, so that none of the produce may be lost. And may you yourself fare well as is fitting.

Farewell.
