Βούβαλος Ζήνωνι χαίρειν. ἔγραψάς μοι ἀξιῶσαι Φανίαν τὸν γραμματέα τῶν ἱππέων παρασχεῖν ἀγορὰν ἐν Μεία[ι] τοῖς καταβαίνουσ[ιν] ἱππεῦσιν εἰς τὴν πενθετηρίδα. γίνωσκε οὖν παρὼν Λέων ἔφη ἐξειληφέναι τινὰ τὴν μαγιρικὴν καὶ τάσσεσθαι εἰς τὸ βασιλικὸν τὸν φόρον, ὃς παρέξεται ἀγοράν, ὡσαύτως δὲ καὶ οἱ ἐλαιοκάπηλοι οἱ τὴν διάθεσιν ἐξειληφότες παρέξουσιν ἔλαιον, ὥστε μηθὲν ἐνλιπεῖν. τοὺς μέντοι σταθμοὺς παρεδείκνυον Μελίτωνι καὶ τοῖς μεθʼ αὑτοῦ. γέγραφα οὖν σοι ἵνα εἰδῆις. ἔρρωσο. Translation

"Boubalos to Zenon, greetings. You have written to me to request that Phania, the secretary of the cavalry, provide a market in Meia for those descending to the cavalry into the pentheterida.
