"To Artemon, the royal secretary of Polemon's district, from Orsenouphis, son of Harphaesios, Harphaesios, mother of Tapontotes, a private citizen from the village. I am registering myself and my own into the record of the one who has passed (the year) of Trajan Caesar, our lord, according to the household registration in the property that belongs to me in the village, and I am Orsenouphis, aged (years) 20, in the house of my sisters, of Tapontes, aged 15, and of Summe, aged 8. (In the year) of the Emperor Caesar Nero, of Trajan the Augustus, Germanicus, Dacicus. Orsenouphis Harphaesios has given the registration as it is prescribed.
