After the consulship of our lord Theodosius the eternal Augustus,
to the Flavians Joseph and Theodoulos, regarding the riparian rights of Oxyrhynchus,
from Flavius Theodorus, the admiral of the same city.
In such a time of peace prevailing everywhere,
due to the fear of the authority of the most magnificent ruler,
