"Tamystha, daughter of Antigonus, with the lord of my relative Achilles of Aphrodisius, from Soterichus of Lycatos, a Persian of the descendants. I wish to lease from you the property you have regarding the village of Theadelphia, the portion of Themisto, a vineyard of arable land, half of which is to be determined, or however many there may be, and of those in the uncultivated areas, the plants and trees, and all that you have regarding the same village of the land of residence, eight or however many there may be in two seals. The rent for these is to be for ten years, the vineyard from the current ninth year, and the arable land from the tenth year, and the vineyard shall be divided into three parts, the one leased to you, Tamystha, the remaining half of all the wine-producing fruits, and also another tenth part of the annual produce, and from the common, all the first fruits, and from the arable lands, the annual output per arable land, along with which I will receive the seeds of wheat in one wheat measure of eight. I will also take care of all the necessary works of the vineyard, including the plowing and watering and the other agricultural works of the arable lands, all the necessary works in their due seasons, causing no damage to my own, and I will sow the arable lands with wheat and whatever else I may choose, except for knuckle, and the other things shall be given annually as output to me in the month of Pauni, in the same village of Theadelphia, and the provisions of the reeds and ropes into the famous ones from the newly made and other constructions of the reed-making that are to you, Tamystha, providing for me and the local authorities and the bearers, and after the time, I will hand over the arable lands as well as I have received the vineyard from the harvest, and I will produce annually in the vineyard the vines that you provide, of those in the uncultivated areas, all the trees and plants that are mine, Soterichus, of those that are annually present to me, Soterichus, unalterable and unchangeable, if it seems to me to be leased to me for all the provisions."
