In the eighth year of the Emperor Caesar Domitian Augustus Germanicus, in the month of New Augustus, in the city of Theadelphia of the district of the Arsinoite nome.
It is agreed by Sambas of Mysthu that for two years, a certain amount is owed for the right leg and for Heron of Aphrodisius, for a total of forty years.
In the hour of the year of Soterichus of Lucius, for a total of forty-five, a certain amount is owed for the left hand.
