Year of the reign of Ptolemy, called Alexander, and of Berenice, his sister, of the gods Philometors, in the year 16, in the month of Hathyr, in Pathyris, under Hermius, son of Paniskos, the agoranomos.

It was given by Thotortaios, son of Patetos, a Persian of the lineage, as (of years) 9, a middle-aged man, honey-colored, with a long face, straight-nosed, with a beard from the existing house of him and his brother.

In which was a house built, in which was a chamber, and the adjoining courtyard with doors, which was in the middle part of Pathyris, the part that is assigned to him, half a cubit of solid (land), two from four cubits, where his brother Psennemchus has the other half, neighbors of the whole house.

To the south, the house of Panobchounios, son of Totou, the house of the sons of Kanopos, the abandoned (house) of the river, the house of Panobchounios, son of Totou and of Patetos, his brother, or whoever may be neighbors from all sides.

It was purchased by Petearsemeheus Panobchounios for (of years) 40, for two thousand bronze drachmas. The guarantor of all that was in this purchase was Thotortaios, the one who was given, whom Petearsemeheus the buyer received.

Hermias, son of Paniskos, has made this transaction.
