Translation into English

In the year of the fifteenth (regnal year) of the Emperor Caesar Trajan Hadrian, in the month of Epip, on the eighteenth day in Pelusium of Themistus, in the district of Arsinoites of the law. He acknowledges the father of the heroes, the mother of Demetrius; of those from the village of Narmouthos of the district of Polemon, as (of years) new, a small finger of the left hand.

In the fifteenth year of Emperor Caesar Trajan Hadrian Augustus, on the eighteenth day of the month Epeiph, at Pelusium in the division of Themistes of the Arsinoite nome. Heron, without father, whose mother is Demetris, from the village of Narmouthis in the division of Polemon, aged 55 years, acknowledges (declares) a scar on the little finger of the left hand.
