τρὶς ἐαυγούντας κλήρου κατοικικοῦ τρισκαίδεκα τοὺς ἱερείς λοὶπαὶ ἐς ὧν πάντων καὶ βασιλικῆς γῆς Πακήβκιος ἄρουραι καὶ ἐξ ἧς πεποίηνται πρὸς ἑαυτοὺς ἐξ εὐδοκούντων ἐκ κλήρου τῶν κατὰ μέσον ἀρουρῶν κληροῦν ληφόντων ἄρουραν μίαν τέταρτον τῶν ἐννέα τὰς τοῦ πρὸς ἀπηλιώτην μέρους τῶν τεσσάρων ἀρουρῶν τῶν ἀπὸ νότου τοῦ τῶν Τaοννῶφριν μίαν τέταρτον Θενηράκλειαν ἀροῦρῶν ἐννέα μέρως τοῦ τῶν τοῦ ἀπὸ βορρᾶ ἄρουρα[ι] ον καὶ ὄντα δευτέρας σφραγεῖδος τῶν ἀπὸ βορρᾶ τὰ πνννὸτε[ρ] λιβὰ ἐπʼ ἀπηλιώτῃ τέταρτον ὄγδοον καὶ τῆς Θενηρακλείας ἐπὶ τὸ αὐτὸ ἄρουραι τεσσάρας ἐπιδε ν τῶν ἐννέα ἀρουρῶν ὀλὴν τοῦ ον κεκλήρωνται Ταοννῶφρις καὶ Θενηράκλεια ἀροῦρῶν αεξαπηχει δεη ται ὁ Γαλάτης τῶν αὐτῶν ἀροῦρῶν μοιρη σηοσου ατ ἐπὶ τὸ πλείο̣ν̣, τοὺς δὲ οι τρισχοίνων ἐξ ἴσου τῶν ὑδάτων· τῶν μὲν ἐννέα ἀρουρῶν διὰ τῆς προσπαρακειμένης ἀπὸ τοῦ βορρᾶ μέρους διώρυγος, τῶν δὲ τεσσάρων ἀρουρῶν διὰ τῆς ἐκ τοῦ πρὸς νότον μέρους τῶν ἐννέ[α] ἀρουρῶν κρεμαστῆς ποτιστρέας κάμπτουσαν εἰς τὸν νότον ἐκ τοῦ λειβὰ μέρους τῶν τεσσάρων ἀρουρῶν ἀρχομένης ἀπὸ τοῦ τῶν ἐννέα ἀρουρῶν διῶρυξ διεκφέρεται τὰ ὕδατα μέχρι τῆς ἀπὸ νότου [μέρους] τεσσάρων ἀρουρῶν διώρυξ πρὸς τὸ εὐθενεῖν τὰ ὕδατα ταῖς ἐν ὕψι μοίραις ρὶν καὶ αὔτως καταδιαιρεῖσθαι τὰ ὕδατα ἐξ ἴσου μέρους· τὰς δὲ ἀποχύσεις ἄγεται ἕκαστος, ὧν μὲν κεκλήρωται ἐννέα ἀρουρῶν εἰς τὴν δηλωθεῖσαν τῶν τεσσάρων ἀρουρῶν [κρεμαστὴν] ποτίστραν ἄγουσαν καθὼς πρόκειται εἰς τὴν ἀπὸ νότου τῶν αὐτῶν ἀρ]ουρῶν τεσσάρων διώρυγα, [τῶν δὲ τεσσάρων ἀρουρῶν τὰς εἰσχύσεις ἕκαστον ποιήσει εἰς τὴν ἀπὸ ἀπηλι- ὄγδοον ἑκκαιδέκατον καὶ ἀπὸ τῶν τεσσάρων ἀρουρῶν τὴν ἀπὸ ν[ότου] ἄρουραν μίαν τέταρτον ἑκκαιδέκατον καὶ ἐνμενῶ πᾶσι τοῖς προκιμένοις καθὼς πρόκιται. Three self-illuminating clerics of the residential land of thirteen priests, the remaining ones, to whom all belong, and of the royal land of Pakebkius, the arable lands, and from which they are established towards themselves from the willing ones from the clerical lands of the middle arable lands, receiving one-fourth of the nine lands towards the sun, of the four arable lands from the south of the lands of Taonnophri, one-fourth of the land of Thenirakleia, of the nine arable lands, the part of the lands from the north, and being of the second seal of the lands from the north, the lands of the nine arable lands are distributed equally, and the waters are directed towards the southern part of the four arable lands, starting from the nine arable lands, the waters are carried until the southern part of the four arable lands, towards the waters in the heights, and thus the waters are divided equally; each one takes the outflows, of which he is assigned to the nine arable lands into the designated four arable lands, leading to the southern part of the same arable lands, the four arable lands each make their contributions into the southern arable lands, and the named hanging watering places are of a width within the area of the four arable lands. Each one, of whom it is said of the four arable lands through the works of the named common hanging watering places of the nine arable lands through the provided soil, and it is necessary for each one and those among them in all the provided ones, and no one of them is allowed to transgress anything of these nor to come upon each other regarding those who are assigned, either the transgressor or the one who transgresses, shall pay to the remaining one or to the one remaining, the damages and expenses double and of honorable silver drachmas five hundred and into the public the equal ones and not less than the agreed ones to be the principal unchangeable.
