σ̣οῦ γράφοντος εἶ (*)
πόν σοι μισθῶσαι τὴν οἰκίαν. οὐκ ἐμίσθωσας. ἐνο-
χλούμενος δὲ τῆς παραγραφῆς εἵνεκα, ἀνεχώρησα. Παν̣ μαυ-
λ̣ης δὲ ἄρας τὴν ἐξωδίαν (*) τῆς θύρας τῆς αὐλῆς μαλωνε̣ς (*), ἐξε-
φόρησε̣ν̣ ὅτι (*) ἐὰν ᾖ ἐ⟦ν⟧ τῇ οἰκίᾳ,
καὶ ἡ̣ θύρα σήμερον ἤνυται (*).
Ἀντῖνος δὲ ὁ τοῦ Ἡραίσκου ἠσφά-
λ̣εισεν (*) τὴν οἰκίαν καὶ ἐκεῖθεν μέ-
νει. πᾶν ποίησον ο̣ὖν τοῦ πρ̣̣ [ ] [ -ca.?- ] [ ]
ελθεῖν περὶ τῆς οἰκίας ἢ τῆς αὐλῆς [ὅτι] γράφω σοι σήμερον τρείτην (*) ἐπιστολὴν περὶ τούτου.

"Didymus to the most honorable Atrēti, greetings.
As you are writing, I am sending you to rent the house. You did not rent it. However, being troubled by the letter of complaint, I withdrew. And Panmau-
lis, having taken the exit of the door of the courtyard, reported that if it is in the house,
and the door is opened today.
But Antinos, the one of Heraiskos, has secured the house and remains there. Therefore, do everything to come regarding the house or the courtyard [that] I am writing to you today the third letter about this.
All my people greet you by name."
