ἄλλον μηδένα ὑπὲρ αὐτοῦ ἐπὶ τοὺς περὶ τὸν Ψενχῶνσιν μηδʼ ἐπʼ ἄλλον μηδένα τῶν παρʼ αὐτῶν περὶ μηδενὸς ἁπλῶς τῶν διὰ τῆς ἐντεύξεως σημαινομένων καθʼ ὁντινοῦν τρόπον. ἐὰν δʼ ἐπέλθῃ ἢ ἕτερός τις ὑπὲρ αὐτοῦ, ἥ τʼ ἔφοδος ἄκυρος ἔστω καὶ προσαποτει- σάτω τοῖς περὶ τὸν Ψενχῶνσιν ἢι ὧι (*)

In the year 204 (m.d.) in the city of Zeus, in the Great City of Thebes, under the magistrate Heracleides of the Peri Thebas. Apollonius acknowledges that he and Psenmounthes, son of Hermes and Petenefot, from the city of Zeus of the Great Thebes, mercenary horsemen, Psenchonsis Teefibios and Chonobrei Harsiesios and others,
and Pechytis of Horus and Montomitis of Herieus, to the five choachytes dwelling in the same city, to be united with them concerning which he has laid against them in the meeting into the present in Ptolemaïs, a message by the financiers, whose introducer is Ammonius, in the year 204 (m.d.) concerning the house; from ten cubits six cubits (*)
seven, of which they happen to have established for them a purchase in the territory prior to this agreement, and concerning insults and wounds and injustice of five talents of bronze and others, which he has declared after this to take justice through another meeting as it is fitting and not to come upon him Apollonius nor (*)
any other person on his behalf against those concerning Psenchonsis nor against any other of those present concerning anything whatsoever indicated through the meeting in any way. If, however, someone else comes on his behalf, let the entry be void and let him pay to those concerning Psenchonsis or to whomsoever he may come of those present, an immediate fine of twenty talents of bronze and sacred to the kings four hundred silver drachmas and let him do nothing less than what is required according to the written provisions.
