In the eighth year of Tiberius Claudius Caesar Augustus Germanicus, in the month of Gorpiaios, on the thirtieth day, in the sacred Dionysia, in the region of the copper mines of the Themistus, according to the law of Arsinoe, Soterichos, son of Apollonios, acknowledges that he has a property of sixty-five cubits in length on the left side to his children Apollonios, as well as thirty cubits in length on the left side to Isarous, as well as thirty-five cubits in length on the left side to Eserseuthios, as well as thirty cubits in length on the left side to the women of both Isarous and Heracleides of Bithynia, as well as thirty cubits in length on the left side to Eserseuthios, as well as thirty cubits in length on the left side to the women of both Isarous and Heracleides of Bithynia.
He also states that he has a property of two parts from four parts to Apollonios and to Isarous and to Eserseuthios, and the remaining two parts to each of them, one part, and to all the rest the pit.
And to Soterichos, he acknowledges that he has a property of the same kind after his death to his son Apollonios alone.
And whatever he may leave behind, Soterichos himself shall leave behind, including fodder and fire and produce from the fields, if it happens that Soterichos dies in the present eighth year of Tiberius Claudius Caesar Augustus Germanicus.
And he shall give to Apollonios the property of the estate of the deceased, and he shall give to the women of his own, the remaining third part of the furniture and utensils and household goods, and the house without rent in one flat of the house that is being prepared.
It is necessary for Apollonios to give in thirty days to Isarous a sum of four hundred silver drachmas and to Eserseuthios likewise a sum of two hundred silver drachmas from the common funds without any delay, and to each of them.
And he shall give the same to Apollonios, and he shall give the property of Taussirios, and at the time when Soterichos shall be in charge of the affairs of his own.
And he shall sell and manage the affairs concerning them in whatever way he may choose.
