μὴν τὰ προγεγραμμένα προεισδεδόσθαι καὶ κατακεκρίσθα̣ι τὸν πατέρα μοῦ Σεταβοῦν Ἑριέως ἐπὶ τῇ προκειμένῃ αἰτίᾳ ἀργυρίου δρᾶχμας πεντακοσίας καὶ διαγεγρ(άφθαι) ὑπὸ τοῦ αὐτοῦ πατρός μου Σεταβοῦτος εἰς ἴδιον λόγον,
τὸ δʼ αὐτὸ καὶ εἰσδεδόσθαι κατὰ τὸ (ἔτος) Τιβερίου Καίσαρος Σεβαστοῦ, εἶναι δὲ τὰ προγεγραμμένα ἀληθῆ καὶ [μὴ] ἐψεῦσθαι. εὐορκούντι μέν μοι εὖ εἴη, ἐφιορκοῦν[τι]

Stototis, son of the aforementioned Setabous, I swear by Tiberius Caesar Augustus, the divine son of the divine Augustus, that the aforementioned documents have been duly submitted and that my father Setabous of Heria has been appointed for the reason of five hundred silver drachmas and that it has been written by my father Setabous for my own account.
And that it has also been duly submitted according to the year of Tiberius Caesar Augustus, and that the aforementioned documents are true and not false. May it be well for me who swears, and for those who are swearing.
I have written this under him, Isidorus, a legal scribe, having been made to know the writings.
