I have leased from you, from your possessions, a small plot of land in the plain of Phys, in the allotment of Psanne, half a quarter aroura, through Nemesinus the physician, for sowing, which, if you wish, is for sowing in the fortunate twelfth indiction. The rent agreed upon between us is two and a half artabas, which rent I shall pay to you in the month of the harvest of the same twelfth indiction, measured by the fourth measure of your estate, without delay and without any dispute.
