I acknowledge that I have granted you half of the portion previously belonging to my mother, concerning the village of Kerkeura of the middle toparchy from the Spokeos, twelve arouras, and concerning Kerkeounin of the upper toparchy from the Xenon and Splidonos, six arouras of the fourth twenty, from communal arouras, in which there is private land, of which all the neighbors were previously Theogenes of Theogenes, towards the public land from the southern part, towards the private land from the Libyan, the private land previously of Dionysius of Eria, the same Libyan private land, of those being sold at the same time, eighteen of the thirty-fourth, there are of the half of these lands nine hundred and sixty. Of the granted silver drachmas of four hundred, from which I myself am withholding from you three hundred drachmas of six hundred, and I will take the remaining four hundred drachmas from you until the current year of the month of Hadrian, making for you the registration of these, of those concerning Kerkeounin arouras being registered in the same manner of those concerning Kerkeura arouras. And all the arouras, nine hundred and sixty, I will grant to you and to the offspring and to those receiving from you, according to the request, firm forever, and I am assured in every assurance and pure from royal and substantial land and of every kind and of labor and of water conservation of public lands and from all {of any kind} and from those being taxed over them and from all public and ceremonial matters until the past and this third and twentieth year due to the fact that the offerings of the current fourth and twentieth year of wheat are yours, of Zoilus. In the fourth and twentieth year of the Emperor Caesar Marcus Aurelius Commodus Antoninus Augustus of Armenia, Mede, Parthian, Sarmatian, Germanicus, in the month of Hadrian. Sarapion, son of Sarapion, of Sarapion, of Dionysius, I have granted to Zoilus the aforementioned arouras, nine hundred and sixty of the granted drachmas of four hundred, from which I have received three hundred drachmas of six hundred and I will make the registration of these, receiving the remaining four hundred drachmas and I will assure as is appropriate, I have written on behalf of this illiterate.
