Of the Oxyrhynchites of the bright and most brilliant city,
the most powerful council, through Aurelius Euphorus of the Good Daemon,
having been made a cosmit, an interpreter, a note-taker of the most brilliant city of the Alexandrians,
having presided and as it is customary, a councilor, the chief of the prytaneis,
greetings to the most beloved in the library of acquisitions;
Aurelius Apollodidymus of Plutio presented to us justly his own attached
universal laws concerning his being chosen into the assembly of the holy council,
and according to the customary practices having worshipped the divine,
we further assured him of these things. Therefore, since we have recognized it to be necessary
to bring these things clearly before you, that you may know the existing exemption
from the laws for him and that you may make the necessary presentation in his name,
it is sent to you, dearest.
I wish for us to be strong, dearest.
