Aurelius Euphorus, the chief of the public assembly, the ornament of the most splendid city of Alexandria,
the interpreter of the council of the most glorious and splendid city of the Oxyrhynchites, the chief of the prytaneis,
to Gaius Julius Theon, the triarch of the Capitol, the extraordinary high priest of the local guild and to Helios, the chief of the guild, greetings to the most esteemed;
since we have recognized it to be lawful and it is agreed that for the decorum of the Capitolian games all should participate in the
sacred victors and those adorned with glory from the other games, it has been necessary through our letters to request you and others
to take up your diligence in your own matters; if anyone should be left out and not
have the appropriate attendance due to the most ancient games, let those who know the following act accordingly. I wish you well.
(In the year) of the Emperor Caesar Lucius Domitian Aurelius Gothicus, the most illustrious Eusebius, Eutychus, Anicetus the Most Honorable.
We declare it to the most esteemed council.
