Pauni
Antonius to Dionysios and to [the] friend, greetings. Having embarked on the Italian land, I deemed it necessary to declare to you that I am in good health with all my own, having used slow sailing, yet not with difficulty. My body has not been tried by any hardship of the usual things, especially for those who are sailing first. [I] have written in Potiolei to Pauni, to Dionysios, the appointed one of Antonius Ptolemaios.

[Antonius] to Dionysius ⟦and⟧
⟦[ . . . ]ron⟧, his most beloved, greetings.
Having arrived in the land of Italy,
I considered it necessary
to inform ⟦you⟧ that I am well,
along with all my companions,
having experienced slow sailing indeed,
but not difficult sailing.
My body suffered nothing troublesome
of the things that usually happen,
especially to those sailing for the first time.

on the 4th of Pauni.
To Dionysius, steward of Antonius Ptolemaeus.
