of Thebes. They agree with each other that Asclepius Dada, daughter of the lord Pindar, is the heir of her husband
of Valens, the cavalryman who has been transferred from the Thracian cohort of Cartilian and Aemilius, the cavalryman of the same cohort, being absent through the steward
of Julius Apollinarius, cavalryman of the Gallic and Cassianus Gemellus, curator of the cohort of Cartilian, are lenders
of the same Valens, having agreed among themselves regarding the collection of all the supplies of Valens gathered
for the same purpose and being sold and from them the calculation of the focares
and of the lēgatus Pamonius, the appointed one, and of those who have been appointed and outside of Asclepius, one hundred and forty drachmas, to be received
from each of the remaining surplus, the Asclepius part one into
the account of inheritance and burial of the body of Valens, and Aemilius into
the debts owed to him two and Cassianus the remaining part fourth into
the debts owed to him. If anyone else, a lender
should come forward
or if Pamonius, the appointed one, should force the lēgatus, the three shall return according to what each has received. If they exceed the divisible amount of more than four hundred drachmas, the four hundred shall be according to the previously written agreement, and the sixty shall be given to Aemilius by exception. If also of the sixty more, it shall be divided among the three according to the same four parts as they have received. The loans shall be returned to Asclepius. It was written three times and each has received one. Asclepius Dada has agreed with those concerned and has received one part of the inheritance and will make
