βούλομαι μισθώσασθαι παρά σου εἰς ἔτη τρία ἀπὸ τοῦ εἰσιόντος ἔτους τὰς ὑπαρχούσας αὐτῇ περὶ κώμην Ἀττιν̣οῦ σιτικὰς ἀρούρας ἓξ ἥμισου ἢ ὅσε ἐὰν ὦσι, ἐκφορίου κατʼ ἔτος σὺν οἷς λήμψομαι σπερμάτων πυροῦ ἀρτάβας ἓξ ἥμισου τοῦ παντὸ[ς] {κατʼ ἔτος} πυροῦ ἀρταβῶν τεσσερακονταδύο μέτρῳ τετάρτῳ αὐτῆς ἀνυπολόγων κα̣ὶ̣ ἀκινδύνων, τῶν ἔργων πάντων καὶ φολέτρων ὄνων καὶ φολέτρων νομαρχείας πάντων ὄντων πρὸς ἐμὲ τὸν μεμισθομένον · καὶ τὰ ἐκφόρι̣α̣ παραδώσω ἐν τῇ κώμῃ καθαρὰ καὶ ἄδωλα. καὶ παραδόσω τὰς ἀρούρας ἀπὸ καταβρόμα̣τος προβάτων, ἐὰν φαίνηται μισθῶσαι.

I wish to lease from you for three years from the coming year the existing around the village of Attinus, six and a half arouras of grain land, or however many there may be, with an annual tax along with which I will receive six and a half artabas of wheat, of the total of forty-two artabas of wheat per year, measured in the fourth of it, uncounted and safe, of all the works and the burdens of all the districts that are towards me, the one who is leased. And I will deliver the taxes in the village clean and unadulterated. And I will deliver the arouras from the pasturage of sheep, if it seems good to lease.
