In the year and the fortieth of the reign of Caesar, son of God, in the month of Audnaios, in the village of Theadelpheia of the portion of Themistus, it is acknowledged by Philotas of a certain Persian of the offspring to his present wife Tapetermouthis Phaesios, together with Lord Heracleides of Dorian, to have from her upon herself a payment of one hundred silver drachmas, without carrying over to this.
Philotas has one hundred silver drachmas for the expulsion, and for the release of the hearing in thirty days. There is a third part belonging to Philotas of the house and courtyard, common and indivisible, previously of [unknown].
