To Ptolemaios the exegetes,

whom I voluntarily choose through you, Isidoros son of Herakleides,
son of Kronion,
[being distressed]
concerning my cohabitation with my husband, Satyros son of Achillas, son of Didymos,
since I am hindered from registering the children born from both of us,
Posidonios and Protas, twins, and Dioskoros,
because I have neither a freed brother nor a legitimate son;
therefore, choosing through you the aforementioned Isidoros,
I request that instructions be sent to those in charge of the archives
to officially acknowledge me, who am distressed, in relation to Satyros,
together with the aforementioned guardian,
so that I may receive your kindness.
