In the third year of Emperor Caesar Nerva Trajan Augustus Germanicus, on the thirtieth day of the month Gorpiaeus (Epeiph), in Philadelphia of the Heracleides division of the Arsinoite nome, Quintus Lucretius Nepos, about fifty-eight years old, acknowledges to Memmia Tyche, about forty-two years old, who has a scar under her right calf, accompanied by her guardian Marcus Licinnius Macer, a freed cavalryman about seventy-two years old, who has a scar in the middle of his forehead, that he has received immediately from her hand, from the house, the two hundred silver drachmas left to him, Quintus Lucretius Nepos, by her deceased brother Lucius Valerius Primigenes according to a Roman will, in full. Likewise, Memmia Tyche acknowledges that she has received from Quintus Lucretius Nepos the rent (or taxes) for the current third year of Emperor Caesar Nerva Trajan Augustus Germanicus, consisting of fifty artabas (?) of wheat, in full, and that neither party shall have any further claim against the other concerning these matters or any other matter, written or unwritten, from previous times up to the present day, without any exception.
