In the year 16, Athyr, under the authority of Apollonius regarding the market regulations of the Memnonites of Pathyrites. Imouthes, priest of the god Pan, acknowledges that (for) the years, the middle of the sweetly flowing, long-faced, straight-bodied Picotean, Psemminius, and Tate- Athyr, with the lord of his own brother Picote, of the aforementioned, is to be absent from them, thirteen talents of bronze coinage and to be exempted from ten days of sacred purifications and the harvests and liturgies of these and all that is coinciding and forthcoming each year, and the part imposed upon them of the incoming and all that is to be offered to these in the sacred Aphrodite, called Athyr, in the tombs of the Memnonites, and not to be hindered from entering, neither he nor any other on his behalf to the Picoteans and Tate- Athyr, nor any other of those present concerning the ten days. But if not, let the entrance be void and let him who is traveling concerning these matters pay immediately a fine of bronze coinage (talents) and the damage according to the law and into the royal silver (of) stamped drachmas, and let nothing less be claimed by the lord concerning the agreed matters.
