Year 8, Hathyr 16, under Apollonios, who is in charge of the market supervision of the Memnoneia of Pathyris.
Imouthes, son of Thotsytos, priest of Pan, the greatest god, from the Memnoneia, about 40 years old, medium height, honey-colored complexion, slender, long-faced, straight-nosed, acknowledges to Pikotes, son of Psemminis, and Tateathyris, daughter of Persinis, together with her guardian, her brother Pikotes, the aforementioned, that he has received from them thirteen talents of bronze coinage, and that he withdraws from the ten sacred days of purification and from their revenues and liturgies, and from all things connected and accruing annually, and from the portion incumbent upon him of the imposed duties, and from all things assigned to these in the sanctuary called Aphrodisios Hathyr, located in the tombs of the Memnoneia. He agrees not to make any claim nor to proceed himself nor allow anyone else on his behalf against Pikotes and Tateathyris or anyone associated with them concerning these ten days. If he does otherwise, the attempt shall be invalid, and whoever proceeds shall immediately pay a penalty of ten talents of bronze coinage to the person against whom he proceeds, as well as damages according to the law, and twenty drachmas of silver coinage to the royal treasury. Nevertheless, the agreed terms shall remain fully valid.
