In the month of Polemokrates [uncertain date] in [uncertain place] of the Thebaid, [someone] lent to Philippos the Cyrenaean, son of Zoilos, a private individual, [uncertain amount, possibly one hundred] fifty silver drachmas, interest-free, for three years. Philippos shall repay this sum to Parmenion, beginning from the month of Apellaios, paying each year [uncertain number] silver drachmas. If he does not make this repayment punctually, he shall pay interest for the overdue period at the rate of two drachmas per [uncertain unit]. [Someone] is guarantor for Philippos regarding the loan according to [uncertain condition].
