In the seventeenth year of the Emperor Caesar Titus Aelius Hadrianus Antoninus Augustus, in the city of Tēp-tun, of the province of the Arsinoite nome. Sarapias acknowledges that he is twenty years old, being the son of Heron of Puekestus, and that he is forty-eight years old, with the right hand being the one of Heracles, and that he is forty-seven years old, with the left hand being the one of Heracles.

He has received from him, Heracleus, through the hand of silver drachmas, one hundred and eight, and the interest which he owed to her, according to the agreement of the completed transaction through the same office in the fifteenth year of Antoninus Caesar in the month of Thoth, which he also returned to him for cancellation and not to be collected, the Sarapias concerning Heracles for which he is owed.

Sarapias, with the lord of his father Heron of Puekestus, is owed from Heracleus the drachmas, one hundred and eight, and the interest which he owed to me according to the agreement and not to be collected as it is stated.
