καθαροποιήσειν καὶ ἀπολύσειν τὸν ἀ̣ντειποιού-

(*), καὶ τὸ βλάβος ὁμοίως· ἐὰν δὲ καὶ ὑπὸ ἱερᾶς νόσου ἐνοχληθῇ
ὁ αὐτὸς δοῦλος ἐντὸς τῆς ἔνγιστα

τὴν ἀποδομένην ἣν εἴληφεν τειμήν

αὐτόν. ταῦτα οὕτως καλῶς γενέσθαι φυλαχθῆναί τε
πίστει ἐπηρώτησεν ἡ αἰωνημένη

Of Marcopolis, with her being present, and on behalf of her,
the one signing Aurelius Koza, her brother,
her servant, of the household named Apsalman, mother of
Mathseinis, as of the age of
13 years
[less than a small amount], of medium complexion,

ear-pierced, goat-eyed, [healthy and untouched; he is]
the same servant who is sold and [acts Aurelia Matha-]
athi of Gomaimu of Marcopolis for the price

of six hundred denarii, and the price

(*), has delivered to her the same servant to have, to acquire, to sell,
to manage, to use in whatever way she wishes; and she accepts
that if anyone should claim the same servant or part
of him, standing the one given to claim and
to purify and to release the one claiming

by a sacred illness within the last
