In the twelfth year of the reign of our lord King Gunthamund,
on the eighteenth day before the Kalends of January (December 15),
Geminius Valentius and his wife Martianilla, selling from their Mancian estates,
under the perpetual lordship of Flavius Geminius Catullinus, the flamen (priest),
in their own places and designations,
a place called "in Valles inutilem,"
a small piece of land,
with brick water-channels,
and its slopes having been maintained, among the boundaries of the same land, from the north [Julius]
Victorinus and Iader from Julius Victorinus [and ...]
and from this day Geminius Felix purchased it for four hundred folles, which Geminius Valentius and Martianilla his wife received and took away with them, and before the witnesses they sought nothing further.
