English Translation

And (including) the pit and the water reservoir and the wooden instrument fully equipped, and the cattle stable and the circular enclosure, and all the appurtenances belonging there, and the entrance and the exit and all things therein. The neighbors are: to the south and north, the most wise and most blessed scholasticus; to the east, the holy great church; to the west, the plots of land of Ammonios the carpenter and Dorekos or whoever else may be neighbors on all sides. So that nothing remains unsold to us there, but we have delivered everything to you at the mutually agreed and acceptable price of thirty-four gold solidi, two-thirds (?), making in total thirty-four imperial gold solidi less twenty-one carats, which price we have received from you, the buyer, from your hand into ours. From now on, you, the buyer, shall possess and have full ownership of the fields sold to you by us, to use, manage, sell, resell, distribute, and freely dispose of them without hindrance or impediment, with us guaranteeing this transaction with every assurance against any future claim, including from our children, heirs, successors, and occupants.
