"I will pay you the rent of the house per year in silver talents of five hundred shekels, which I will give you at the end of each year without any delay. And whenever you wish to have it, I will deliver it to you with a door and a single key as I have received it without any damage except for the use. The lease is valid and secure and has been confirmed. I will lease the aforementioned as it is stated. From Hermopolis, having been deemed worthy, I wrote to you regarding it letters that are not known."
