To Calpurnian the judge, from Gaius Julius Agrippinus, soldier of the legion
Trajanus the Strong (of the centurionship) Publicius
I have given to the most powerful governor a copy of the document that was made
under him, and I ask that if you hear from the opposing party, Julius Saturninus,
to send back to me the document that is with him. I am encountering you as the heir of my father
Julius Agrippinianus. The Saturninus has acted maliciously against me in matters
during the time of Claudius Neocydus, who was the judge, demanding from me what he said was given
to my father as a deposit, having brought me a handwritten document of eight gold mina,
which compelled me to write it against my will, for I happen to have written this while still being within the law of Laitorian,
and also having strengthened myself against the confusion of the letter of the most powerful judge Calpurnian to the general of Arsinoites,
so that it may be sent to what is mine, being in a joint possession of ten talents and more, for the sake of the aforementioned eight gold mina,
the Saturninus having sent the letter through two soldiers of the most powerful judge.
