And half of the part of the well, being situated in the same place, for my use and residence of the same estate, at the rate of four gold drachmas per year, which I will pay to you for the lease of each year, without delay, and whenever you wish to have it, I will deliver to you the same estate with the door as I received it. The lease is valid and secure, and I have acknowledged it. Aurelius Pheion, son of Antinous, the one mentioned, I have leased as stated.
