Translation into English

After the high office of our lords Constantine and Licinianus, the Augusti, to Ptolemaeus, from the law of the Oxyrhynchites, from the splendid and foremost city of the Oxyrhynchites, greetings. I acknowledge that I have received from you through your hand nine talents of silver and drachmas, which I will repay to you in the current year and the sixth year without any increase or contradiction; if not, I will pay the interest on the overdue time, the agreed amount for each month, being made to you of the transaction.
