Translation into English

"He asked, saying: 'He is my brother' (?)
And the governor has been raised to allow until the lot. For the lot is to Mecheir.

I greet the fellow soldier and write to me the reason for this letter before the lot of the officials.
You will send the letter of Mark the sign-bearer to Hermio. I wrote the letter to you so that through Valerius Rufus I send you nothing of mine being taken away."

Line 9: D. Hagedorn previously edited as "...ητα ...ιμον".
