To Uegetus and Sarapion, strategos of Arsinoite Heracleides, a portion from Stotoetios of Horion and Panoupius of Tesenouphes, from the village of Soknopaiou Nysos.

When Horion had descended into our village, he urged us to ascend to the mother city and to buy from his father Stoteitis, who is called Mikros, wheat, and having received from us three hundred silver drachmas as the price of the wheat.

So that giving to his father he became invisible, having taken my purse in which was a new belt. When we approached his father concerning the wheat, he denied that he had received any silver or to know where his son is. Therefore, we request to remain with you in the registration of this memorandum to present and to bring the father of him to you so that we may find him.

Of those from you who are just. Stoteitis (of years?) 20, (of the left sheep) Panoupius (of years?) 26, without mark (of the year) 22 of the Emperor Caesar Trajan Hadrian Augustus, Phaiophis.
