In the year 41, on the 23rd of Pharmouthi, at Pathyris, during the magistracy of Aniketos, agoranomos:
Apollonia, daughter of Ptolemaios, a Cyrenaean woman, lent money [with the consent] of her husband Dryton, son of Pamphilos, a Cretan, one of the successors and of the cavalry commander’s order, to Aniketos, son of Ptolemaios, also called Nichoutes, Panobchounios Pe[...], from Pathyris, and to Nikaia [...] also called Nechoutes P[...], and to [...]aitos Persine, with the consent of her husband Nechoutes, who is registered and jointly indebted, the sum of copper currency, one talent [and five thousand and thirty drachmas], interest-free.
[They guarantee each other for the repayment of all sums due from the loan(?)] The debtors themselves [are responsible]. The right of recovery shall belong to Apollonia from the debtors, from each one individually, and from whomever she chooses, and from all their possessions, as if by legal judgment.
Areios, the representative of Aniketos, has handled the transaction.
