I have leased to you, according to this lease-agreement, from my properties in the fields of Kolo...

two and a half arouras (making two and a half arouras),
and henceforth, for sowing, if you wish, for the coming fortunate 6th indiction.
At the same time as the lease-agreement, I have also received the tax, all public dues of the land being my responsibility as the lessor.
The lease-agreement is valid, and upon being questioned, I have acknowledged it.
In the consulship of our lords Theodosius and Arcadius for the second time, and of Flavius Rufinus, the most illustrious, on the 25th of Pharmouthi.
I, Aurelius [...], have leased and received the tax from you in full [as stated above].
