"To the chief judge and regarding the management of the financiers and the other judges, from Aurelius Heracleides and Didymus, and Plutammon, as it pertains to finance. The preceding document to our grandfather Heracleides is a simple handwritten copy of the release. Apollonius, son of Psammis, of Apollonius, from the city of Helios, previously from the city of Oxyrhynchus, to Heracleides, son of Apion and Zosimus, son of Dionysius, greetings. I have received from you the interest on the loans I lent you in the tenth year of Titus Aelius Antoninus, through the office of Sinarus, in silver (drachmas), the interest being due from these from the same year until Mesore of the current year (the year) of Titus Aelius Antoninus. Furthermore, also from the preceding amounts of the capital (drachmas), nothing less remains for me of the account regarding the remaining capital (drachmas). The current release of mine, being a simple document of Apollonius, has also been submitted for public finance, the same release, whose time is the year of the 20th of the Emperor Caesar Titus Aelius Hadrianus Antoninus, the revered and pious."

English Translation

To the priest and chief judge, and to the overseer of the money-changers and other courts,
from Aurelii Herakleides and Didymos also called Ploutammon, as officially recorded.
A copy of the simple handwritten receipt previously given to our grandfather Herakleides is submitted below.
Apollonios, son of Psammis, grandson of Apollonios, whose mother is Demetria, from the city of Helios, formerly from the city of Oxyrhynchos, to Herakleides, son of Apion also called Zosimos, grandson of Dionysios, also called Sosikosmios and Althaios, greetings.
I have received from you the interest on the loan I made to you in the tenth year of Titus Aelius Antoninus, in the month Pauni, through the office of Sinarus, amounting to three drachmas, at the interest rate of four obols per drachma, which interest accrued from the same tenth year until Mesore of the current eighteenth year of Titus Aelius Antoninus.
Furthermore, from the aforementioned principal sum of three drachmas, nothing less remains due to me concerning the remaining principal sum of sixty-seven drachmas, and this receipt of mine, being valid and written in duplicate by Apollonios, a simple receipt, was also officially recorded publicly, the date of which is the twentieth year of Emperor Caesar Titus Aelius Hadrianus Antoninus Augustus Pius, on the 20th of Thoth.
