Translation into English

Of the receipts from the king's orders, to be issued in the city of Heliopolis, to be collected from the sacred places, to collect from the (field) (drachmas) and (obols) in the presence of the order, not to be neglected, I have been copied to Athenagoras. The vineyard of the land of no one shall be collected. The receipts from the (field) (drachmas) were collected from the vineyard and the payment and the accounting, and those from the city of Heliopolis, of whom they themselves say they are those who dwell in the land, having been acquired in the places around the city of Heliopolis, the vineyards and all the others in the district have been cast down except for a few of the strong; these alone have the petition for the revenues, they are transgressing, having been cast down, the most profitable vineyards, having been acquired, and through the land itself, to be of the Memphite region towards the river. They are to have the place towards the river and towards Memphis. They are being established by Ahoapis the governor. For this man wishes to do everything in the least possible way. And when Apollonius had come, they neither encountered him nor presented any petition.

They conspire through Achoapis the nomarch, for he wishes by every means to minimize the collection. And although Apollonius has come repeatedly, they neither met him nor submitted any petition... now they oppose again Athenagoras... they say in the petition that he brought the order from the king and displayed it before the temples..."
