The record is duly noted as it should be, and the one said to have been sent by Hermogenes of Hermogenes is written to the completion of the financial transaction, we have decided to write and send a copy of the record to the general and foreign agents, so that if Aurelius Mausaeus, the one previously written, is present to them and wishes to proceed with the necessary handwriting regarding the truth of the matters stated in the record, and that nothing is to be opposed or have anything against the actions, the debt shall be untroubled, and the transmission of these letters shall be copied to the heirs of the obligation, and even if nothing is opposed within ten days after these, they shall complete the matters of the action as it is fitting to those appointed accordingly."
