I confess that I have been hired by you from the possessions in this city, at the place of the Tamii or the Lower, a place opened to the south, with all that is just for as long as you wish, from the new moon of the current month of Pharmouthi of the present fifteenth indiction, providing me the rent of this place annually in gold coin, third as it is customary, of gold coin as it is customary. The lease is valid and, having been asked, I have acknowledged it. Maria, daughter of Aion, confirms to me the present lease as it is stated.
