In the year of the eighteenth (year) of the Emperor Caesar Nerva Trajan, in the month of Aristus, of the August Germanic Dacian, on the third day and the thirtieth in the Thea-Delphia of the Themistus portion of the Arsinoite law. Apolleius Akousilaus, a Persian of the descendants, acknowledges that he is thirty years old, with a small finger of the left hand of Phasite Chairemon, as he is forty years old, with a left eyebrow having been transferred to him into the present.
In the eighteenth year in which he cultivates around the village on public lands towards the place of the Harmaeis in the lot called Matei, half of the arable land.

In the eighteenth year of Emperor Caesar Nerva Trajanus Augustus Germanicus Dacicus, on the twenty-third day of the month Mecheir, at Theadelphia in the Themistos division of the Arsinoite nome. Apoleios, son of Akousilaos, a Persian of the epigone, about thirty years old, with a scar on the little finger of his left hand, acknowledges to Phasites, son of Chairemon, about forty years old, with a scar on his left eyebrow, that he has leased to him for the present eighteenth year the public land near the village of Harmaeis, in the allotment called Mateis, amounting to half an aroura, a quarter, an eighth, and a sixty-fourth (or however much it may be), including what has already been sown by Phasites with vetch for grazing and pasturage of cattle; and Apoleios acknowledges that he has received from Phasites the mutually agreed-upon price in full and with complete security. This contract is valid.
