English Translation

Year 2 of Lucius Septimius Severus Pertinax Augustus.
Ammonios, son of Onnophris, and partners, grain collectors of the villages
of Lagis and Trikomia,
we have measured out from the produce of the same year wheat by the public standard measure
(xyston) into the granary of Sarapion,
from the farmers of Harpalos, son of Teptyneus,
eleven and a half artabas, total 11½ artabas of wheat.
I, Kastor, secretary of the grain collectors, have written (this).
