English Translation

Between Harsiesis and Arsa, both Petosiris and Myronous, daughter also of Ptolema through her husband Theon, in the presence of Apollonius son of Ischyrion, who acted as interpreter, the enarchos (leader) of the procession and overseer of crowns, and Phanias son of Sara, enarchos and high priest, both councillors of the city of Oxyrhynchus. Concerning this, Myronous made a settlement with those around Harsiesis and Arsa before Aurelius Achilleus, enarchos and chief judge, about which her father gave a conveyance, the property being in the possession of Thompsēmis, brother of those around Harsiesis and Arsa, who was also procurator, with a clause written into the conveyance concerning the full approval given by Myronous to the conveyance, and concerning these matters a dispute arose before the chief judge. It was decided by common consent, in the presence of the registered mediators, that there should be no further lawsuits and that the parties should be released from litigation, so that Myronous, receiving from those around Harsiesis and Arsa the expenses incurred, amounting to one talent and five drachmas of silver, should approve the conveyance made to Thompsēmis, brother of those around Harsiesis and Arsa, who was procurator, and should not bring any accusation or claim against him or against those who purchased from him, so that the transfer to those around Harsiesis and Arsa should be valid and binding.
