[To Aulus Prifer]nius Augurinus
and to my own [account]
[from the] affairs of Theon
[through Dionysius of the] Harpocratians of the city of Oxyrhynchus.
[From the] information of Ammonius the accuser
I was judged in your presence concerning
the possessions of my brother Didymus
which were taken away by our brother Dionytas, and it was decided
to take back half of the possessions of Didymus, concerning which it was arranged
and I declared to you, the benefactor, the same half
to give back to me for him, debts to the lenders
and I have decided to provide you with a report concerning these matters,
of which there is a record.
In the third year of the reign of Trajan Caesar,
I have given back
[the amount] according to
[the] two hundred
[and] [the] drachmas.

[To Aulus Prifernius Augurinus]
and in addition to my own statement,
from [...]ia daughter of Theon,
through [...] Dionysius son of Harpocration, from the city of Oxyrhynchus.
Upon the denunciation of Ammonius son of Ammonius, the prosecutor,
I was judged before you, my lord, concerning the property of Didymus, my brother,
which had been taken away by our brother Dionytas, and it was decided that I should recover half of the property of Didymus, for which it was disposed. And I declared to you, my benefactor, that I had paid off debts to creditors on his behalf for this same half, and I indicated that I would submit to you a detailed report concerning these matters, item by item.
In the third year of Trajan Caesar, our lord, I paid [...] drachmas.

The document appears to be a legal petition or report concerning a dispute over inheritance and debts, addressed to a Roman official named Aulus Prifernius Augurinus, dating from the reign of Emperor Trajan (98–117 AD).
