It has been placed (in the hands of) Theon and Heradion, the librarian, from Apollonides, the mother of Leonides.
Thaeisios - from the city of Oxyrhynchus.
According to a loan made through the office of Talaw, in the fourth year of Phaois - I lent to Myrtilus, the freedman of Heliodorus, Diodorus, from the same city, one hundred sixty drachmas of silver as principal.
Of interest at the rate of one drachma for each mina per month from the same Phaois for a term of three months, in the fourth year, it has been indicated to me that the transaction is to be made from all his possessions and to be given to me whenever I wish to take possession through the same library of Myrtilus' name until I receive it, which possession I intend to give as it is appropriate, and I declare that it has been taken through the same library for the incoming of the ninth year of the god Aelius Antoninus by Demetria, the daughter of Artemon.
It is to be noted that the principal is two hundred drachmas of interest at the rate of one drachma in Talaw in the regions from the north along the road to Eisis, my own.
With the benefactors, and to Paus, in the twelfth year of the god Aelius Antoninus, by Apollonios, the son of Amoi, of the Harpaesians.

(Hand 3) Deposited
(Hand 1) with Theon and Heradion, librarians,
by Apollonides, daughter of Leonides,
(Hand 2) Thaesis — (Hand 1) from the city of Oxyrhynchus.
According to a loan made through the office of Talaos,
in the current fourth year, month Phaophi —
I lent to Myrtilos, freedman of Heliodoros,
son of Diodoros, from the same city, one hundred sixty silver drachmas as principal,
with interest of one drachma per mina per month,
from the same month Phaophi until the term of the 30th of Phamenoth of the same fourth year,
it being agreed that I have the right of recovery from all his possessions,
and that it is permitted to me, whenever I wish, to make a seizure
through the same library against the name of Myrtilos until I recover (the debt).
Wishing to make this seizure, I submit this memorandum as is proper,
and I declare that a previous seizure has been made through the same library
during the intercalary days of the ninth year of the divine Aelius Antoninus by Demetria,
daughter of Artemon, son of [ - - - ]esios, for two hundred drachmas principal,
with interest of one drachma per mina, in the office of Talaos,
in the small house with appurtenances located on the northern side of the street of Isis,
and again in Pauni of the twelfth year of the divine Aelius Antoninus
by Apollonios, son of Amois, grandson of Harpaesion [ - - - ].
