In the year of the thirteenth of Caesar, Phaophi, in the city of Oxyrhynchus of Thebes. Arsinoe, daughter of Aristonos, acknowledges with her lord, the brother of Apion, son of Aristonos, to the elder of Herkeius, Petosiris, that the three are to remain in the streets, apart from him and his younger brother Herkeus. Furthermore, Petosiris, the father of both, being a Benian, is a resident of the city, has lent them one hundred drachmas of silver coinage, which were not accounted for, which Arsinoe lent to them according to the written agreement that was completed through the archives of the city of Oxyrhynchus in the tenth year of Caesar, Phaomenoth, during the stay of the daughter of Petosiris, and of the other sister, Senerekeus, who was not yet of age, being two years old, according to the significant distinctions made through her, and that nothing should be claimed, nor any accusations made, nor should there be any arrival of Arsinoe or any other on her behalf against those previously written, nor those among them concerning anything at all regarding the written agreement of the stay, or without the forthcoming entrance being void and to repay Arsinoe or the one coming on her behalf to those previously written or those among them for each entrance, both the damage and the fine of three hundred drachmas of silver to the public treasury, the same and not less. In the thirteenth year of Caesar, on the 12th of Phaophi, in the city of Oxyrhynchus of the Thebaid. Arsinoe, daughter of Ariston, acknowledges together with her guardian, her brother Apion, son of Ariston, to Herkeis the elder, son of Petosiris, that the three (houses or properties) in the street are held from him and from his younger brother Herkeis, and also from their father Petosiris, son of Beniaios, who are absent abroad, for a principal sum of one hundred silver drachmas, to which nothing has been added, which Arsinoe lent to them according to a contract completed through the archive office in the city of Oxyrhynchus in the tenth year of Caesar, in Phamenoth, on condition of guardianship of the daughter of Petosiris, sister of the others, Senerkeus, who was not yet of age, for two years according to the conditions specified by her. Arsinoe agrees neither to bring any accusation nor to prosecute nor to take legal action herself nor through another person against the aforementioned individuals or those associated with them concerning anything at all related to the aforementioned guardianship contract or apart from it, and that any future action shall be invalid. Arsinoe or anyone acting on her behalf shall pay to the aforementioned individuals or those associated with them, for each violation, damages and a penalty of three hundred silver drachmas, and an equal amount to the public treasury, without any reduction.
