"To Apollonios, the chief guard, and to the guards of Oxyrhynchus, under Ptolemy, son of Sarapion, succeeding Petosiris, the village scribe. In the year of Thoth, the 28th, at the late hour, they are placing upon my existing house, Petesouchos, Hippalos, and the others from the [unknown text] and in other [unknown text] reasons. I have sent my daughter Apollonia, with whom I have clothed in a garment and dressed in a tunic.
"To the two golden pairs, which they have not measured properly until the coming of the [unknown text]. Therefore, I am giving you the request, so that you may send them to those to whom it belongs, in order that it may be discussed concerning them. (In the year) 28 of Thoth."

On the 28th of Thoth in the 29th year, late in the hour, Petesouchos, Hippalos, and Po[ - - - ] from among those from [ - - - ] and for many other reasons [ - - - ] dragged away my daughter Apollonia, together with the cloak she was wearing and the sleeved tunic she had on.
Pairs of golden earrings, which they also violently stripped off, and they held her not moderately until the following day. Therefore, I submit this report to you, so that you may send them to the appropriate authorities, in order that an investigation may be conducted concerning them.
