[In the twenty-fourth year] of Emperor Caesar [Marcus] Aurelius Commodus Antoninus [Armeniacus], Medicus, Parthicus, Sarmaticus, [Germanicus] Maximus, on the 7th of Pachon, in Ptolemais Euergetis of the Arsinoite nome.
Didymos, son of Didymos, whose mother is Souaeis, registered in the quarter of Hermouthiake, aged [unclear], with a scar on the left shin, acknowledges to Apia, daughter of Zoilos, together with her guardian, her husband Horos, son of Horos, of no distinguishing marks, aged [unclear], that he has received from her one hundred silver drachmas, for a period of three months from the current month Pachon, at an interest rate of one drachma per mina per month. He promises to repay the entire principal sum of one hundred drachmas and the accrued interest without fail in the month Mesore of the current year, the repayment being enforceable against Didymos himself and all his possessions as if by legal judgment.
(Second hand) I, Didymos, son of Didymos, whose mother is Souaeis, acknowledge that I have received the principal sum of one hundred drachmas, which I will repay together with interest in the month Mesore as stated above. Apollonios, son of Heron, wrote on his behalf, as he is illiterate.
(Third hand) [unclear] Pachon [unclear] to Apia [unclear] as stated above.
Line 18: read "ἀποδώσειν" instead of "ἀποδώσιν".
